The fire brigade arrives a few hours later. Sad, Om reads an announcement paper that Shanti has been died in the fire. He walks up and down on the street until a police officer takes him to a hospital. At the hospital, Mukesh wishes Om well for the future. Om finds the body of Shanti inside the fire in a cot. With a note, written by Shanti, telling him that she has been hit by a car and ran off.
As Shanti lies in the cot, Mukesh approaches and threatens to kill her. Om finds her but Mukesh chases him and mocks him. This leads to a fight between them in which Mukesh falls down and breaks his wrist. Shanti is in a hospital and recognizes him when he goes there.
Om eventually realizes that Shanti didn't die, and thinks that after his death, she will marry Mukesh. He plans to revive after three days. Shanti dies in a place of great love and passion. Owing to the delays of the test car, he is brought in a car to the place where Shanti died. Mukesh confronts him and says that he'll kill him as soon as he enters the car company's office. Om asks for his help in reviving him and Mukesh allows him to. He enters the office and tells the secretary, Anita, that he is a doctor and he needs a woman's blood for reviving him. Anita later tells that she will get the required blood, he leaves the office with her.
Om reaches home with Anita. On phone, he tells his mother, Padma, that Anita is his wife but to not tell anyone that he is a doctor. He says to his mother that he is back and thanks her, for all times, for her love and support. He wants to attend one more television program that night for which he needs Shanti's clothes. As he enters Shanti's room, he finds her inside the cot and that she is alive. He finds the note written by Shanti where she wants to tell him something. 7211a4ac4a
