In regards to this Kay comparison, I too did some online comparisons to JA diamonds. My retailer used was Jared. In this case, I found the exact diamond to compare, proven by the GIA cert number provided by both websites. JA was much lower cost with much higher degree of information provided to consumers about the diamond. It took me a while to get here but I am confident that my purchase will be via JA when all is said and done. So, is kay jewelers a good place to buy an engagement ring It depends on whether you like their ring designs and want to pay a big premium for their prices. I find JA a better place to shop for engagement rings.
Never ever buy from kay jewelry on line. I ordered a diamond tinnis bracelet for 3000.00 paid in full. On black friday 2020. Free 2 day shipping. The day that it was suppose to be here I started calling them spoke to several customer service people and they couldnt find my order and it felt like a scam. So I spoke with customer service Annette and she says if it wasnt here by Monday or Teu to contact them again. Yesterday Monday Dec 8th 2020. I recieve a email saying they were going to ship it out. Well today I get another email saying it was not invoiced and did not have it. I then took a look on line and yes they are still selling the bracelet. Getting ready to take kay jewelers to court over this. And get my money back.
You can return the engagement ring to the original jewelry shop if you have discussed the return policy. Some jewelry shops accept a full refund for non-personalized engagement rings. It is rare to find a jewelry shop that accepts a full refund. The return option is the quickest way to exchange the ring for your money back. Most of the time, though, the engagement ring value is halved once you walk out of the jewelry shop with it. Regardless if your partner wore the ring or not, jewelry shops will consider it as a used one. Therefore, before buying the engagement ring from a jewelry store, please learn about their refunding policy.
Some jewelers may accept to exchange the ring, instead of a refund. If you are no longer comfortable with that ring, you can accept the possibility to exchange your ring for credit. This way, you may not receive your money back, but you can at least have the credit within that store so you can either get a new ring later, or even change it out for some jewelry for yourself!
Most jewelers accept returned, unworn engagement rings for 30 days from the date of purchase. When you decide to return the ring, you should include the original ring documents. You need to include receipts, certificates, maintenance records, appraisals, and ring box with the engagement ring, itself.
You can try selling your engagement ring through online websites like eBay or even social media platforms. In addition to online resale platforms, jewelers and large retailers will also buy your second-hand engagement rings. Sometimes, you can sell your engagement ring to someone you know. The ring may work well for others.
Kay Jewelers has told just about everyone in America, \"Every kiss begins with Kay.\" The chain jewelry store with locations in seemingly every shopping mall in the United States, Kay Jewelers has been a staple of American retail for decades, and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Teenagers look in the store windows at the mall, dreaming of diamonds and charm bracelets, and 20-somethings stare at the engagement ring display, designing the perfect rings in their minds. Kay Jewelers has been a huge part of the shopping experience for almost everyone.
Before the days of walking around the mall or catching a Kay Jewelers commercial on TV, the store used to sell a lot more than just necklaces and rings. In fact, according to the Kay Jewelers website, Kay Jewelers originally sold things like eyeglasses, as well as music boxes, appliances, silverware, and even razors! As strange as that may sound, keep in mind that people shopped very differently 100 years ago. And really, the original Kay Jewelers doesn't sound all that different from a modern-day department store, as Macy's sells jewelry, appliances, silverware, and glasses, as well as clothes, shoes, and handbags.
However, she says she asked other jewelers to authenticate the quality when her husband bought her the ring. Kay's wouldn't change the stone, and now Stier-Rivera doesn't enjoy wearing the ring anymore. 59ce067264
